| Maybe onne day technology will be good enough for there too be Generation 5 rom hacking programs. Then I'll put starter in the wild. Only in certain places and at low encounter rates. | |

How? It's an otter. Piplup is a penguin. The only thing that's similar is there overall body shape and sort of the colors. | |
